TERMS & CONDITIONS: THE MEAT CLUB GIVEAWAY

Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions, together with Meat & Livestock Australia which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions (Terms) contain the entire understanding and agreement between Meat & Livestock Australia (the Promoter) and entrants of the Promotion (the Entrants) in relation to the The Meat Club Giveaway promotion (the Promotion). Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms.

NOTE: This Promotion is to build brand awareness of Meat & Livestock Australia’s products. This Promotion is NOT a sales incentive program to recommend Meat & Livestock Australia products to end customers. 
 

Promotional Period: The promotional period during which Entrants may enter the Promotion online commences 1st July, 2021 13:00 SGT and ends on 7th July 2021 23:59 SGT (the Promotional Period). All online entries must be received by the end of the Promotional Period.

How to Enter: To enter the Promotion on Facebook you will be required to tag 2 friends in the comments along with the hashtag #TheGreatSteakEscape2021, like the Aussie Beef & Lamb SEA Page, and share the contest post on your feed. The post will have to be made public. Posts which are not made public will not be considered by the Promoter.
 

Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Promoter. If an Entrant uses fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, the entry may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
 

Multiple Entries: Entrants must enter the Promotion in their own name. There are no limits on the amount of entries that an Entrant can submit, provided these Terms are complied with on each occasion. The use of automated entry software or other mechanical, electronic or other means that allow an Entrant to automatically enter the Promotion repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by the Entrant invalid.
 

Eligibility and Participation: This Promotion is only open to individuals who are 18 years and above as of the date of entry, who enter during the Promotional Period. The Promotion is only open to legal residents of Singapore and is void where prohibited by law. Corporations, companies, body corporate bodies, groups, organizations and any other corporate bodies and non-corporate bodies are not eligible to participate. By entering this Promotion, each Entrant represents and warrants that s/he meets the eligibility requirements of these Terms.   

Employees of the Promoter, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, de-facto spouse, child, step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of Singapore.

Prizes: $100 The Meat Club voucher:

The actual/appraised value of the Prize is subject to change. In the event of the Prize being unavailable and the Promoter has used all reasonable efforts to arrange the Prize it reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal value subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. 

Any and all expenses incurred by Entrants, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winners (defined below). No substitution of Prize or transfer/assignment of Prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. 
 

Judging date and venue: The winner of the Prize will be the best valid entry submitted as judged by the judging panel, having regard to skill, creativity and originality (each a Winner and Collectively the Winners). The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
 

Game of skill: This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the Winner. As such, the winning entry or entries are selected based on the quality of entries submitted and are made at the sole discretion of the judges. The decision of the judging panel is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 
 

Notification: The Winner will be notified via Facebook messenger for the Promotion by 8th July 2021, 7 PM (Notification Date). The message will contain instructions on how to contact the Promoter and redeem the Prize. 

The Promoter shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to Winner’s spam, junk email or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to claim the Prize within ten (10) business days from the date that the award notification was sent (the “First Redemption Period”), the Prize will be forfeited and no longer capable of being claimed by the Winner.
 

Redemption Period: The Redemption Period, during which the Winner may claim the Prize, commences on 9th July 2021, 7 PM and ends on 22nd July 2021, 7 PM (Redemption Period). 
 

Unclaimed Prize: If the Prize remains unclaimed by the end of the Redemption Period, an alternative Winner (Alternative Winner) will be selected.
 

Delivery: The Prize will be delivered to the email address supplied by the Winner after the Winner provides said email address. 
 

Rights Granted: By entering this Promotion Entrants understand that the Promoter, anyone acting on behalf of the Promoter, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law without any further notice, review or consent to: print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, the Entrant’s entry, including, without limitation, the entry and Winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Promotion, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
 

Rights of the Promoter: The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorised human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Promotion. In such case, the Promoter may select the Winner or Alternative Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website or violates these Terms.

The Promoter has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Promotion, to void entries for breaching the Terms, including multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Promotion rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.
